Recovery coaching is a form of support for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. It involves helping clients build on their strengths, develop new skills and strategies, and learn how to navigate the challenges that come with recovery from addiction.

Recovery Guide provides one-on-one guidance, resources, and accountability to help clients achieve long-term sobriety. No matter what stage a person is at on their recovery journey, a coach will work from a place of compassion to provide guidance, accountability and the framework needed to achieve their goals.

The reasons why an individual decides to enter recovery are highly personal and differ from person to person. Because of this, Recovery Guide works with each client to develop a personalized plan specific to their strengths and current challenges. The coach will also help the Recoveree navigate additional services that may be required for support. The goal is to connect each individual with a realistic pathway to sustainable recovery with positive long-term outcomes.

We are in recovery ourselves and have a deep appreciation for the challenges Recoverees face. We know that asking for help takes tremendous courage and that recovery is worth it!
